Values Champions

Following on from our successful reaccreditation of our Values Based Education Quality Mark we have launched an exciting new leadership role for our children. One child from each class in Year 1 and Year 2 are our Values Champions and have an important job to lead on. Our Values Champions have been chosen as they are excellent role models to other children and display our School Values every day. They have regular meetings and discussions with the Headteacher to ensure all our children are using their School Values and are showing impeccable behaviour at all times.

Values Champions will be responsible for jobs such as:

•  Observe children using their School Values
•  Observe children’s behaviour in assembly, playtimes and lunchtimes
•  Make decisions about our Behaviour policy, Golden Rules and Rewards
• Promote exemplary behaviour and our School Values
• Lead on setting up our new Well-being and Rewards Room
•  Vote for our School Values for the year
• Monitor all classrooms and the school environment for Values Displays
• Ensure classrooms have Values Superstars and Values posters on display

Our Values Champions for 2024-25 are:

Kingfisher Class – Zainab
Willow Class – Abu-Bakar
Oak Class – Ilhan
Beech Class – Sulaiman
