Our Lead teacher for P.E has looked at lots of different websites to find useful videos that the children can follow to keep them active in the comfort of their own home!

Here are some she recommends...

Jump Start Jonny A range of short dance videos to get the children moving and enjoying exercise. They learn to move to the beat while getting their bodies active.

BBC Teach Supermovers A range of active songs linked to areas of the curriculum so you can get moving and learn a skill too. Click on the Key Stage 1 tab for activities appropriate for our children.

Cosmic Yoga Cosmic Yoga is a calming exercise which is beneficial to children's minds and bodies. Each session incorporates movements specifically for children

Joe Wicks 5 minute Workout Sessions A series of short workouts designed for children to do. A great way to start the day!!

PE with Joe Wicks 30 minute sessions A wide range of 30 minute workout videos which will get the children moving. Remember to click on PE with Joe Wicks as he also has adult workouts too.
