Eid Celebrations
Eid ul Adha
The children have had a great time celebrating Eid ul Adha at school.
On Friday the children were able to take part in a range of creative activities, making Eid Cards, Mehndi Patterns, Eid decorations and bunting, as well as discussing the importance of the religious festival. Children were also encouraged to share how they would be spending their weekend of celebrations. On Tuesday Children were invited to come into school in non uniform to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha and were given special Eid menu choices for lunch. Children were again given the opportunity to share their personal experiences of the celebration and some classes finished the day off with some dancing.
