Year R Trip to Wardown Museum
Year R have visited Wardown museum to learn about the past and compare it to our life now. Year R walked down to the museum and took part in 2 workshops. One workshop was about Household Objects in the Past. The children learnt about what was used in the past to clean the house and had a go at using these different items. They compared it to what they use now in their house. They said it was hard work in the olden days! In the second workshop the children learnt about toys from the past and looked at the material they were made from and also compared them to their own toys. They said their toys were much more fun!
