Children’s Values Conference 2018.
Year 2 children from William Austin Infants School recently enjoyed taking part in a Children’s Values Conference held at another local primary School. The conference was organised by a number of Luton schools, including our own, to bring children together from across the town to complete different activities and work together while developing their values.
It was a fantastic day and the children enjoyed making new friends and developing new skills.
We were lucky to once again meet Dr. Neil Hawkes and his wife Jane who are the founders of Values Based Education. They led inspiring assemblies and helped us to develop ways of staying peaceful and in developing mindfulness.
As always our children were great ambassadors of our school and really showed they are ‘living the values the William Austin way’.
