Chinese New Year
The children have been learning about Chinese New Year and some of the ways that people might prepare for the celebration. They enjoyed listening to and acting out the story of the 12 animals having a race across the river to see who the New Year would be named after. Children also had the opportunity to complete some craft activities based on dragons to celebrate 2024 being the year of the Dragon.
