Year R Making Bread
Year R have been learning the story of The Little Red Hen. In the story the Little Red Hen makes bread but nobody helps her. In Year R we made bread and we made sure we all helped the adult so we could take it home and eat it! We helped to knead the dough and then made it into a roll. We looked at how the bread changed and were surprised at how it grew before it went in the oven to bake. The bread we made tasted delicious!!!
