Story time at Greenside
To help with the transition from nursery into school, in the summer term teachers from Year R went over to Greenside to read a story. Each member of staff chose a book from the Pie Corbett nursery story spine and went over to read it to the children. This enabled the children to become familiar with teachers in Year R and also helped the staff in Year R become familiar with the children. The stories were enjoyed by both the children and staff.
