Making Fruit Salad
Year 2 enjoyed creating their own fruit salads in their Design Technology lessons. We explored the different fruits grown in the Gambia and even got to taste some of these. We then planned and designed our own fruit salads.
We focused on developing our peeling and chopping skills. We learned the claw and bridge method to help us to cut the fruit carefully and safely.
It was great fun and they tasted delicious!
