Year R Farm Day
This half term Year R have been learning about different animals. To help us with our learning we have had a farm day where we have had farm animals come and visit. We were able to groom the pony, feed the goats and also held a chicken, rabbit and guinea pig. It was so much fun.
We have also pretended to be farmers and have done all their jobs like milking the cow, collecting the wool from the sheep, collecting the eggs, feeding the ducks and picking the potatoes. We decided it was hard work being a farmer!
In the class we made animal biscuits and completed lots of farm animal crafts.
We had a great day on our farm day.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
