Meet Our MPPs
Pupils in Key Stage 1 listened carefully to the speeches of their peers who were running in our election to become Members of Pupil Parliament.
Then, by exercising the British Value of Democracy, each pupil decided on who they thought would represent them the best and placed their vote into the ballot box for their year group in our school ‘Polling Station’.
The votes were then counted and each class’s new Pupil Parliament member was announced!

They will meet regularly to discuss the development of our school community.
They give our school a strong Pupil Voice. Their role includes:
- Listening to their class members and feeding back thoughts and ideas on how to make the school even better than it already is.
- Hosting school visitors and giving tours of the school.
- Speaking to staff including the Headteacher and raising pupil opinion on the school agenda.
- Promoting the vision of the school ‘Where All Individuals Shine’.
- Modelling our school Values such as Caring, Happiness and Respect.
