Year R Trip to St Albans Cathedral
On Thursday 7th March and Friday 8th March Year R went on their first school trip to St Albans Cathedral. The children had a great day looking for different shapes in the cathedral and also measuring different parts using their bodies and a balloon. They used a balloon to find out that the cathedral is 20 metres high!!! They also took part in a stained glass window workshop where the children were able to make their own colourful stained glass window. The children were a credit to the school and lots of fun was had by all!!!
