We are now using Google Classroom for all remote learning and weekly homework tasks.
This means that:
In the event of another local or national lockdown home learning will be available to complete daily, and the teachers will be able to check work and comment. They will be able to see which children are accessing the home learning through Google Classroom and offer support to anyone who is struggling.
Any weekly homework will be set through Google Classrooms. This means children will no longer be bringing home Learning Logs.
If your child is required to self-isolate, work will set for them to do at home by their class teacher at the end of each school day. There will be tasks to complete every day until they return to school.

Access through Smart TV's and Games Consoles
Google Classroom can also be accessed through the web browser on Smart TV's and the following games consoles: Xbox one, Xbox series S, Xbox series X, PlayStation 4, PS4 pro or PS5. It can be operated on games consoles using the controller but it is easier to use either a USB keyboard or a mouse that you can plug into the console. This may be helpful if you don’t have access to a laptop, but have a Smart TV or an Xbox or PlayStation at home, or if you have more than one child trying to access home learning.
