MPP Voting Day

This half term children at William Austin Infant School have been thinking about the British Value of Democracy. Children in Key Stage 1 listened carefully to their peer’s speeches who were running in our election to be Members of Pupil Parliament, and then decided on who they thought would represent them the best.

They then voted for their chosen candidate using the voting slip and placed their vote into the ballot box for their year group in our ‘Polling Station’.

Our new Members of Pupil Parliament will be revealed soon!
